Our fees are calculated on a time basis. The hourly rates vary according to the different partners and associates working on each case. Other factors are also taken into consideration, such as, the complexity of the case and the time constraints. Travelling expenses along with the telephone, fax, mail and messengers are billed separately. Clerical work is included in our overheads.

Fixed amount fees can be agreed when so required, however it is not the general policy of the firm.
