Araceli has more than 30 years of experience working in PwC, being a Tax Partner. During the last 12 years she has been specialized in the Energy sector.

She holds a degree in Business studies and Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and she is Master in Tax Advisory at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid. Additionally, she has executed the “Energy Business Advanced Course” by the Spanish Energy Club (ENERCLUB). Araceli is included in the list of “Best Lawyers specialized in Tax Law”.

Listed in Best Lawyers for Spain, specialized in Tax Law.

She has been involved in significant reorganization transactions of national and international group of companies, due diligence process, tax audits, direct advisory to top-tier companies, etc.

She has consequently, a vast experience working with clients of different sectors including important international groups of companies.

Throughout her career, she has worked for companies from different sectors such as Public Affairs, Technology & Communications, etc. Alongside, she has a profound knowledge in the Energy sector both for regulated and not regulated entities.

Professor in the Tax Advisory Master of the University CEU and CETE (Centre of Economic and Tax studies). Speaker in several Tax conferences and Tax seminaries regarding Corporate Income Tax and Group of companies (Institute for International Research, Economics College, IESE, etc).
