She is mainly engaged in advising clients on intellectual property and related matters, such as unfair competition, EU law, distribution, agency and franchising, as well as international commercial law, with extensive experience in these areas. Her advice covers both contractual or strategic aspects as well as procedural and administrative issues.

She attends the annual meetings of INTA (Internationl Trademark Association) and she is currently the President of the Intellectual Property Commission of the UIA (Union International des Avocats).  Given her academic background, she has lectured at the University of Barcelona (Postgrau in Assessorament Lingüístic i Serveis Editorials) and at the Barcelona Bar Association and regularly organizes lectures and seminars on competition law, trademarks, exploitation of intellectual property rights and distribution.

She has published articles and contributed to books on competition law, distribution, agency and enforcement of trademark rights abroad.
