Marta Puig


She has extensive experience in advising on labour proceedings, collective dismissals and actions brought before employment authorities. Her professional practice covers all employment matters, the prevention of occupational hazards, and social security. She specializes and has extensive experience in defending lawsuits before labour tribunals, organizational changes and modifying work conditions, collective relocations, production decentralization, company downsizing, labour consequences within M&A procedures, company takeovers and spin-offs, hiring executives, designing salary and loyalty policies.

Lectured in the Labour Law and Social Security department at the University of Barcelona from 1991 to 2002. She has contributed to several publications.
