In addition to his training in commercial contract law, he is specialised in all types of civil and commercial claims, both contractual and extra-contractual and shareholders’ disputes.

He has wide experience in civil and commercial jurisdiction proceedings, adoption and dismissal of precautionary measures, preparing the taking of evidence, preliminary hearings and court proceedings; provisional and definitive execution of sentences and foreign sentences; appeals brought before the Provincial Courts and cassation and proceeding infringement appeals to the Supreme Court and the Regional High Courts of Justice; negotiation, formalization and execution of settlement agreements for the resolution of disputes, before, during or after the judicial or arbitral litigation; arbitration proceedings, both institutional and private, before national and international institutions in collaboration with foreign law firms.

He also has an extensive knowledge and experience on insolvency proceedings, advising both bankruptcy debtors and creditors in preliminary bankruptcy situations and in bankruptcy proceedings, working together with our department of Insolvency and Restructuring.

He has taken part, as a speaker, in the Master’s Degree in Business Law (MADE) at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
